Seasonal T-shirts commemorate long hot summer

From New Zealand, Grenville Main, managing director at design firm DNA, decided to commemorate the Wellington's uncharacteristically long hot summer with charity T-shirts to raise funds for Wellington Free Ambulance.  In February, the region had the highest number of sunshine hours ever recorded for that month in the region.

People are out in droves and enjoying themselves.  To commemorate the fading summer as the chill of winter begins to creep back to the land, DNA release four T-shirts depicting a cicada, symbols used for the sumer's weather forecasts each day, a melting "Welly" logo and an ice block in the shape of a beehive.
